The founder and artistic director of the Dubna choral school is Olga Mironova, who holds the title of Zaslujenniy Rabotnik Kulturi (Honoured Worker of Culture)  of Russian Federation and probably one of the most experienced choir directors in Moscow region and Russia. She has graduated from Gnesin's academy of music as a choir conducter and started her career in Dubna, little town outside Moscow, as a choir assistant.
